President and chief executive officerStuart Davis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Titan Investments. Mr. Davis is responsible for overseeing all acquisitions, development, as well as, day-to-day operations for the company. Mr. Davis' professional career has included senior leadership roles in a variety of private companies including; Trammell Crow Company, Oxford Development Group, Bell Canada Enterprise Development Group, Hammes Company, Price Waterhouse, and Peat Marwick Mitchell. Mr. Davis has recognized expertise in development, financing, operations and ownership structures for complex real estate transactions in excess of $3 billion. As a 35-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Davis has developed a strong reputation for his unique ability to assess complex situations, develop creative but practical solutions, and the ability to implement the selected strategic solution.Over the years, Mr. Davis has participated and held leadership roles in several charitable, civic and educational orgaizations. He has been a participant in Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. Mr. Davis is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and a Masters of Taxation.
